How do I place an order?

At Gizter.com you do not have to sign up for an account, you could use a guest account to purchase. Easily choose any items that you like and add it to cart. After adding your items to the cart go ahead and checkout. Enter billing and shipping information. It is as easy as that. When will I receive my order?

While placing your order, you will be issued an estimated delivery date. Please be aware that the date may change depending on the size of the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa,PayPal, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. If you have questions or having issue with your payment, email us at info@gizter.com.

Can I cancel or change my order after I’ve placed it?

We will not accept any change order or cancellation requests after the 24 hour period. All changes must be made within 24 hours in writing via email at info@gizter.com.

What is your Return Policy?

We only accept returns for damaged and defective items. If an order is not well received due to an error on our part, we will reship the order. When an error has been confirmed, we will make every attempt to promptly reship the order. You will need to contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of purchasing your product if it arrives damaged or defective. We will process the shipment order exactly as you had originally requested plus any necessary corrections. Email us at info@gizter.com.
